Every door gets a unique QR code sticker linked to SKU, batch number, and fire certification (CF160). Applied at the factory before dispatch.
Joiner scans the door, scans all hardware for compatibility verification, follows guided install with photo evidence at each stage, then signs off.
Responsible person scans for bespoke inspection checklists, defect management with replacement guidance, automated reminders, and compliance reporting.
Each door has a unique QR code.
